Please understand if it takes a little while to get back to you; we are all volunteers doing this in our spare time.
If you have a question that you don't mind asking publicly, a faster response might be obtained by e-mailing it to the CAR-PGa discussion list on Google Groups. More importantly, doing so will allow the list members to discuss your question and come up with the best possible answer.
N.B.: Officers with an "E-mail" field each have an e-mail alias at this domain (car-pga.org) that forwards to their personal e-mail account (wherever). Each "E-mail" field only gives their username; you'll have to supply the "@car-pga.org" yourself. E.g.: "E-mail: foo" means that you should e-mail "foo@car-pga.org".
